Ezzing is responsible for processing the personal data collected through the websites https://ezzing.com/, including any of its subdomains or sections, as well as the social networks linked to them, including email and similar messaging applications (hereinafter, the «Website») and informs you that this data will be processed in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, of April 27, on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data («GDPR»), and Organic Law 3/2018, of December 5 («LOPDGDD»).

Purpose: Manage, fulfill, and respond to queries or any type of request made by the user through any of the contact forms available on the Website. Purpose: manage the receipt of your CV through email, as well as the personal data that may be generated as a result of participation in selection processes, in order to analyze your professional profile and enable your participation in the personnel selection processes organized by Ezzing in view of the vacant or newly created positions that arise periodically, as well as to process your eventual incorporation into the staff of Ezzing. Categories of data processed: personal data contained in the CV provided by the user, or in the different interviews conducted. Legitimacy basis: application of pre-contractual measures.

2.3. Marketing communications.

Purpose: Send advertising communications from Ezzing by email, SMS, messaging on social networks, or any other electronic or physical means, present or future, that enables commercial communications to be made. These communications will be made by Ezzing and will be related to its products and services, or those of its collaborators or suppliers, with whom it has reached an agreement for promotion.
